My Dear Sister;-

Mr Dunning is busy teaching us a grammar lesson and every spare minute I put a word in.

I dont expect to have time to finish this in school so I am Well I am up in Abbie’s room finishing this letter but I cant write for laughing. I wrote a note to Sir Wilfred you can hand it to him.

Sadie goes to the shop every day. Edith to her Practise and my self to school. So we are kept pretty busy. Sadie does not leave the shop until 6:30.

The bonspiel is on this week and and Annie, Sadie and I went to watch them after prayer meeting last night.

So you liked McCurdy’s present. I would like to see it. Ethel asked me if I thought you would like that better than the salt and pepper shakers and I said I thought you would. Well I shall have to close as I want to write to John.

Your loving Sister Charlotta W.

P.S. Now dont forget Easter if John cant come send Sir Wilfred if he would except the honorable position or perhaps he would think it was too honorable a position for such as he. But for your life never let he or John know it. For if John saw it he would tell Wilfred. C.C. W.

Abbie wants to know how you like your name changed if it goes pretty good she will change hers. CC.W.
