Rev. Thomas Pyne Poem Excerpt (1863)

Elizabeth (Waters) Pyne’s husband the Rev. Thomas Pyne participated in the religious conference often held annually at Hartwell. In some of those years, he wrote and recited a poem for the occasion which were printed in the printed proceedings. This excerpt is from the poem is titled “Hartwell Fesrtival, 1863…by a Heart’s Well-Wisher.”
