I have mailed the amount you required viz $2500. Two Thousand Five Hundered Dollars today, the draft is made payable in Winipeg, Regina, or any bank out there, you did not mention how long you would need the money you had better draw the mortgage payable five or seven years from this date if you will need it that long, and have mortgage on the 640 acres of your land Duly completed in my name for $2500 and have it registered and send it to me or John H Bell Lawyier Summerside or the duplicate to him or me with an abstract of the title
Mother is not so well yet as she was before she fell, about five weeks ago, her side struck on door sill and she was in bed for two weeks but is up and working again Jannet was here with us when she was in bed I must close as it is eleven oclock and I am pretty tired the roads were very bad today a lot of bare ground and ice not very safe.
